No fixed MOQ. We accept orders of any size โ from a few pieces for prototyping up to container-scale volume production. Many long-term customers start with a small trial order of EC Fans to validate fit before scaling up. Tell us your quantity and we’ll quote accordingly.
Yes โ samples are free. You only cover the courier cost (typically $30โ60 via DHL/FedEx, 3โ5 days door to door). Standard-model samples dispatch within 7 days of your request so you can evaluate real performance before committing.
We accept T/T (telegraphic transfer / bank wire). For new orders the standard arrangement is a deposit with the balance before shipment; exact split is confirmed on the proforma invoice. Terms can be discussed for established repeat customers.
All Hongbo EC Fans carry a 24-month warranty from the shipment date. Verified manufacturing defects are replaced free of charge in your next shipment or credited. Our field return rate is below 0.5%, and we run full root-cause analysis on any batch-level issue.
Standard models ship from stock within 7 days. Bulk orders of 5,000โ20,000 units take 25โ35 days. We confirm a firm ship date on the proforma invoice and send production progress photos at the midpoint of manufacturing.

Usually yes โ EC fans accept the same AC wiring. Add a control signal (0โ10V/PWM/Modbus) only if you want variable speed; for fixed speed they can run full RPM with a jumper, no controller.
Standard: 0โ10V analog and PWM. Optional: Modbus RTU (RS-485), 4โ20mA, and proprietary BMS protocols. Custom speed curves can be programmed at the factory.
