A fan filter unit (FFU) combines an axial fan, filter mat, louvered cover, and mounting frame in one IP54-rated unit, door-mounted on an electrical enclosure to provide forced-air cooling while keeping dust out. A matching exhaust filter on the opposite wall keeps airflow balanced. Hongbo FFUs are fully dimensionally compatible with the major European brands (Rittal SK, Pfannenberg PF, Stego, Fandis) โ same cutout, mounting holes, and filter-mat sizes. Available with AC (115V/230V), DC (24V), or EC motors. UL listed, EMC-compliant, IP54 standard with IP55 optional.

Yes โ samples are free. You only cover the courier cost (typically $30โ60 via DHL/FedEx, 3โ5 days door to door). Standard-model samples dispatch within 7 days of your request so you can evaluate real performance before committing.
We accept T/T (telegraphic transfer / bank wire). For new orders the standard arrangement is a deposit with the balance before shipment; exact split is confirmed on the proforma invoice. Terms can be discussed for established repeat customers.
All Hongbo Fan Filters carry a 24-month warranty from the shipment date. Verified manufacturing defects are replaced free of charge in your next shipment or credited. Our field return rate is below 0.5%, and we run full root-cause analysis on any batch-level issue.
Standard models ship from stock within 7 days. Bulk orders of 5,000โ20,000 units take 25โ35 days. We confirm a firm ship date on the proforma invoice and send production progress photos at the midpoint of manufacturing.

An FFU pulls outside air through a filter mat and blows it into the enclosure, creating slight positive pressure. A matching exhaust filter (no fan) on the opposite wall lets warm air out while filtering inward leakage โ cooling the cabinet without letting dust in.
