Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
No fixed MOQ. We accept orders of any size โ from a few pieces for prototyping up to container-scale volume production. Many long-term customers start with a small trial order to validate fit before scaling up. Tell us your quantity and we’ll quote accordingly.
Are samples free? How fast do they ship?
Yes โ samples are free. You only cover the courier cost (typically $30โ60 via DHL/FedEx, 3โ5 days door to door). Standard-model samples dispatch within 7 days of your request so you can evaluate real performance before committing.
What are your payment terms?
We accept T/T (telegraphic transfer / bank wire). For new orders the standard arrangement is a deposit with the balance before shipment; exact split is confirmed on the proforma invoice. Terms can be discussed for established repeat customers.
What warranty do you provide?
All Hongbo AC axial fans carry a 24-month warranty from the shipment date. Verified manufacturing defects are replaced free of charge in your next shipment or credited. Our field return rate is below 0.5%, and we run full root-cause analysis on any batch-level issue.
What's the lead time for a production order?
Standard models ship from stock within 7 days. Bulk orders of 5,000โ20,000 units take 25โ35 days. We confirm a firm ship date on the proforma invoice and send production progress photos at the midpoint of manufacturing.
Can I inspect the goods before shipment?
Yes. You’re welcome to send BV, SGS, TรV, or your own QC team to inspect before shipment. We also provide our own AQL 1.0 inspection report and 100% Hi-POT test records with every shipment at no extra charge.
What's the difference between an AC axial fan and a DC axial fan?
AC axial fans run directly from mains power (110V/220V/380V) and operate at a fixed speed determined by line frequency. They are simpler, cheaper, and ideal for continuous-duty cooling. DC axial fans run on low voltage (12V/24V/48V), allow variable speed via PWM, and consume less power โ but require a DC power source or driver. Do your fans have CE and UL certification?
Yes. All Hongbo AC axial fans carry CE marking and are UL/cUL recognized under file E******. We also support RoHS, REACH, and TรV certification for specific markets.
Can you customize the voltage, size, or connector?
Absolutely. We routinely customize frame dimensions, voltage (any value from 100V to 415V), lead wire length, connector type (AMP, JST, Molex, terminal block), impeller color, and product labeling. Send us a drawing or sample and we’ll match it.
What's the expected lifespan of your AC axial fans?
Ball-bearing models: 50,000โ70,000 hours at 40ยฐC. Sleeve-bearing models: 30,000โ40,000 hours. High-temperature versions tested up to 85ยฐC ambient.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes โ sea freight (FOB Shenzhen / Yantian), air freight, and express (DHL, FedEx, UPS). DDP service available to USA, Germany, UK, and selected EU countries.
